This consultation concerns maintenance services for green lawn stadiums in the community of Alès Agglomération. Under this contract, the supplies necessary for the execution of the contract (fertilizers, seeds, weedkillers, sand, etc.) are provided by the public buyer (the machines necessary for stadium maintenance are however made available by the contract holder). This contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 40, 000 euros excluding tax. It is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. it is expressly renewable 3 times per period of one year, without its maximum duration, all periods combined, does not exceed four years. In the event that the maximum threshold of the framework agreement is reached during the year of execution of the contract, that is to say before the end of the contractually determined period, it may be expressly renewed in advance. None variant accepted. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous offer assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (Consultation Regulations). Market financing: own funds of the Alès Community Agglomeration. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days.
