Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order is the provision of enova365 system maintenance services to the Ordering Party, including support, maintenance and development of the system, along with ensuring timely updates, on the terms specified in this document.3.2. The basic order includes: 3.2.1. package 2000 man-hours of service support for the enova365 system, intended in particular for the provision of support, maintenance, configuration, consultation and development services of the system, implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the OPZ;3.2.2. purchase of a timely update, including the Manufacturer's Warranty and the right to access new versions of the enova365 software for modules owned by the Ordering Party, within the scope and period indicated in table No. 1 of the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3.3. The basic order will be fulfilled for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement or until exhaustion of the available man-hour package, depending on which of these events occurs first.
