The Consortium of the Greenways of Girona needs to contract the maintenance service of the routes indicated below and which will be distributed in the following lots:- Lot 1: Small Train Route - Lot 2: Iron and Coal Route, and the Camí rancher CampdevànolWith the aim of promoting the socio-labor insertion of certain groups at risk of social exclusion, specifically people with disabilities, the recruitment is reserved of all lots to entities that have the status of Special Work Centers of social initiative, in accordance with the Fourth Additional Provision in relation to the Fourteenth Final Provision of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on contracts in the sector public, and in accordance with the requirements established in Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, which approves the revised text of the General Law on the right of people with disabilities and their inclusion, as well as its implementing regulations.
