Maintenance of SEMITAN terrace roofs This framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or group of companies, concerns maintenance services for SEMITAN's roof terraces. The maintenance services to be carried out by the holder concerns the following areas: - preventive maintenance: o checking access and security equipment, o checking any defects present on the roof (detachments, cracks, fixing defects, obstruction of rainwater evacuations, etc.), o maintenance and cleaning - corrective maintenance: o diagnosis and/or search for leaks, o repairs. Full details of the services appear in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement for the provision of services single-awardee, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 650, 000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2° of the public procurement code.
