Description : As per BAC Resolution BAC-IE-2026-05-002 the approved Mode of Procurement for the Replacement of Old Roofing at Technology Building (MECHANICAL AREA) is COMPETITIVE BIDDING, and as such, all procurement procedure shall be anchored on the updated Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 12009, known as the New Government Procurement Act.

The deadline for the submission of bids will be on June 22, 2026, 1:00PM. For this transaction, the official reference of “time” will be the BUNDY CLOCK stationed at the lobby of the New Administration Building.
