The City may release future procurement opportunities for the City locations not included in the scope of this RFP. The scope of this contract includes preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices for facility management. This work includes but is not limited to; HVAC - Air Handling Units, Furnaces, Make Up Air Units, Heat Recovery Units, Roof Top Units, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning Units, Fan Coils, VAV and Fans, Radiant Heating, Infrared Heaters, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Filter Replacement. Plumbing - Backflow Preventers, Valves, Pumps & Motors, Storage Tank, Expansion Tanks, Cisterns, Grey Water Systems, Sump Pit Mechanical Systems, Water Softeners, Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Water Features, Steam Generators.
