Task No. 1 - Maintenance, repair and replacement of air conditioning devices on the first line of the Warsaw Metro Task No. 2 - Maintenance and repair of air conditioning devices on the 2nd line of the Warsaw Metro 1. The subject of the Order is the service called “Maintenance, repair and replacement of air conditioning devices installed in the facilities of the first and second lines of the Warsaw Metro in the years: 2026 - 2028. 2. The Subject of the Order includes two Tasks, i.e.: - Task No. 1 - Maintenance, repair and replacement of air conditioning devices installed in metro facilities on the A01:A23TO section, - Task No. 2 - Maintenance and repair of air conditioning devices installed in metro facilities on the section: C04TO:C21TO. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for two Tasks or for one selected Task, provided that the scope of the offer must include all components of a given Task. 4. The warranty period and warranty period are specified in the ST (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Template Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ). 5. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order (in particular technical requirements regarding the execution of the Subject of the Order) was included in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ). 6. The Subject of the Order will be completed in accordance with the procedure documentation, i.e.: SWZ and its annexes, in particular the ST and the Template Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). 7.
