Tender Details

Maintenance rental of the printing fleet for all services of the city of Aix-les-Bains and its public schools. The City requires reconditioned equipment, less than 3 years old for its entire printing fleet. The candidates must therefore respond taking this specification into account. The Papercut MF print management solution is existing and provided by the City. The future holder will ensure the installation, configuration and compatibility of the equipment (except the press, plotter and printers) with this solution, as well as its maintenance. Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for a maximum amount excluding tax of 600, 000 euros excluding tax, for the entire duration of the contract. Duration: 4 years from 01/10/2026 or its date of notification if after 01/10/2026. Non-renewable.
