Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos
(PhP301, 600.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Maintenance
Renewal of Fire Suppression System (“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement
of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be
rendered at PNOC EC, Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
within One (1) year after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
