Maintenance, Product Management And Ongoing Development Of A Judicial Case Management System
Jersey-s court service is seeking suppliers to deploy, maintain, enhance and support its open-source judicial case management system. It has an Angular front end and a NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL back end, running on Azure.
The tender is for two lots: lot 1 includes setting up and maintaining the Azure environments, ongoing product management - including liaison with developers in other countries that use the same system - and occasional user training. Lot 2 is for full-stack developers to enhance the system on an ongoing basis.
Suppliers will collaborate with the Government of Jersey-s IT department to ensure the system meets technical standards. Both lots include support for the system in Jersey-s time zone (GMT/BST).
Suppliers may bid for either or both lots. The initial contract is for two years, with the potential to extend for a further two years.
