The subject of the order is to perform full maintenance, technical repair and restoration of technical efficiency (starting ability) of a unique historical stationary engine powered by generator gas, manufactured by Zakłady Mechaniczne Sykstus Piekarski in Warsaw (second half of the 1920s), located in the collections of the Museum of Agriculture in Ciechanowiec. Scope of basic worksThe contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the attached Conservation Program (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ), including in particular: Preparatory and documentation work Preparation of complete conservation documentation (photographic and descriptive) before, during and after completion of the work. Initial cleaning of the object using a non-invasive method (pressure/steam washing using certified detergents, e.g. Tenzi Uni Clean GT, Tenzi Betorast classes. An absolute ban on sandblasting at the initial stage in order to protect the original paint coatings. Disassembly and technical verification Disassembly of the engine into its components using non-invasive methods (penetrating agents, induction heaters).
