Description : 1. The Barangay Government of Bolacan through the Annual Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Maintenance or Rehabilitation of Barangay Hall and Facilities with Project/Contract Reference No. 22-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Barangay Government of Bolacan now invites bids for Maintenance or Rehabilitation of Barangay Hall and Facilities. The required delivery is within 30 days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
