The Works shall be referred to as the Maintenance of Soft Landscaping and Irrigation System in VIP Roads in Southern Area Municipality. All maintenance works are required to be done as per the given specification, procedure, and all requirements in accordance with Tender Documents. It Includes but not limited to Maintenance of Existing Plantations in VIP Roads, Maintenance of Irrigation System, General Cleaning and Operation of Works. The Contract Period shall be for 3 years and 8 Months
