1. The Ordering Party commissions and the Contractor accepts the task of caring for natural monuments.2. The subject of the Agreement was divided into two tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - regarding the care of three maple-leafed plane trees located at Wolności Square, i.e. Ratajczaka 44 in Poznań - the location map is attached as Annex No. 3 to Resolution No. LXIII/1524/VIII/2023 of the Poznań City Council of May 16, 2023.2) Task No. 2 - regarding the care of one white mulberry tree located at ul. Grunwaldzka in par. them. FeliksMichalski - the location map is attached as Annex No. 3 to Resolution No.XIII/420/IX/2025 of the Poznań City Council of September 2, 20253. The scope of task no. 1 includes activities specified in the dendrological expert opinion by Dr. Henryk Kociel from August 2024, including: 1) Performing an acoustic tomographic examination and load testing of the tree trunk and root system, 2) Performing maintenance cuts, 3) Removing quality granite stoneware, 4) Removing non-woven fabric. 4. Scope of task no. 2 includes activities indicated in Annex No. 1 and 2 to Resolution No. XIII/420/IX/2025 of the Poznań City Council of September 2, 2025, including: 1) Spreading mulch and bark in the root system zone, 2) Watering, 3) Soil replacement in the root system zone trees, 4) Collecting and replacing soil contaminated with chemical compounds in the zone of the tree's root system, 5) Protecting the root system against contamination. 5. above resolutions and expert opinion constitute Annex No. 3 to this...
