Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive services related to the maintenance of green areas located in the Park on the Island, which is the property of the Pia Commune. Providing services related to the care of lawn areas and clusters of shrubs and hedgerows in the Park on the Island in Piła. The works include, among others: - mowing green areas and collecting mowed grass, - maintenance works in clusters of shrubs and hedges, - mowing weeds and annual self-seeding plants, - raking leaves from lawns and collections in spring and autumn, including transport and disposal, - removal of suckers from tree trunks and root collars.2. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.3. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship are specified in the Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ). 4.
