The object of the contract is the provision by the contractor of maintenance, repair, upgrade and technical support services for School buildings, Kindergartens, Sports facilities, Libraries, KAPI, and other building facilities for use or property of the Municipality as well as the supply of the materials that will be required during the works. Maintenance of municipal facilities, school units and sports grounds of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi The object of the contract is the provision on behalf of the Contractor maintenance, repair, upgrading and technical support services of School buildings, Kindergartens, Sports facilities, Libraries, KAPI, and other building facilities used or owned by the Municipality as well as the supply of the materials that will required during the work. In more detail, the assigned works include the following maintenance works of buildings and facilities as described below: A) the preventive, regular maintenance and assistance of its technical management operation of buildings and facilities. B) the emergency maintenance / restoration, which consists in the immediate repair and treatment of any damage, deterioration, defect or malfunction of the infrastructure of the buildings and facilities, to restoration of their normal function.
