Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of megaphorbias on departmental plots classified Natura 2000 at the La Pouge pond in Haute-Vienne. The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of 6 months. The interventions will be carried out between November 2026 and January 31, 2027. The procedure contains a environmental clause mentioned in 14.5 of the act of commitment serving as a list of technical clauses. An on-site visit is possible. The criteria for judging the offers are: 1- Price of the services judged on the amount in euros excluding tax of the breakdown of the global and fixed price out of 40 points. 2- Technical value Judged on the technical brief out of 50 points. 3 - Sustainable development performance judged on the basis of the “Environmental performance” appendix out of 10 points.
