Tenders are invited for Maintenance of the Media Authority's Salesforce application
Short description : From early autumn 2018, the Media Authority has carried out a digitization project where Salesforce has been implemented and today supports the majority of the case processing processes. The plan is to make Salesforce the Media Authority's case processing system. To increase the automation of case processing, Salesforce integrated with several third party systems. It is a provider of user support for, maintenance and further development of what we are applying for with this procurement. The supplier must document a professional user support system. Furthermore, it must be documented that the resources offered have experience with usersSales, maintenance and development on the Salesforce software. The Media Authority informs that CapGemini has been the supplier of the limited maintenance agreement since 2014. They have also been a development partner on the processes that have been established in Salesforce since early autumn 2018.
