The Philippine Ports Authority - PMO Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PPA PMO MOC), through the PPA Corporate Budget for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 00/100 only (₱ 895, 275.00) as the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) for the above project. Bids/Quotations exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act)
This procurement shall be evaluated based on the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as prescribed under RA 12009. Evaluation shall consider price, responsiveness to technical specifications, and compliance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).
