Tender Details

Maintenance, management, support and service of the IP telephony system and the provision of telecommunications services for the Social Insurance Institution
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance, management, support and service of the IP telephony system and the provision of telecommunications services for Social Insurance Institution. Telecommunications services will be provided using telecommunications lines made available to the Ordering Party under this order.
2. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor may entrust the execution of parts subcontractor orders, excluding key tasks regarding:
3.1. managing the implementation of the order, including acting as a project manager,
3.2. preparation of the preliminary analysis, plan and detailed design (Stages I III according to the Agreement),
3.3.maintenance and management of the Central System, incl administering the CUCM cluster, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway systems and the monitoring system,
3.4. handling service requests with priority P1 and P2 and coordinating the process of removing failures within the SLA.
4. The subject of the order are ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "KSC).
