Tender Details

Maintenance, management, support and service of the IP telephony system and the provision of telecommunications services for the Social Insurance Institution 1. The subject of the order is the maintenance, management, support and service of the IP Telephony System and providing telecommunications services for the Social Insurance Institution. Telecommunications services will be provided using telecommunications lines made available to the Ordering Party under this order. 2. Detailed Description of the Item The order is attached as Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the order to a subcontractor, excluding key tasks relating to: 3.1. managing the implementation of the order, including acting as a project manager, 3.2. performing the Analysis preliminary, Plan and Detailed Design (Stages I-III according to the Agreement), 3.3. maintaining and managing the Central System, including administration of the CUCM cluster, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway systems and the monitoring system, 3.4. handling of notifications service with priority P1 and P2 and coordination of the Fault removal process within the SLA. 4. The subject of the order are ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended). amended, hereinafter referred to as "KSC").
