SOF-MI-O8.08.01-26-112 - 1 Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract the purpose of which is the execution of ordinary maintenance services for plantations and green spaces along the roads of the Directorate of Lands network. roads of Namur, District of Philippeville. The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I which are described in the appendix to these special specifications as well as on roads in network II. The survey of the two networks is taken up in Annex 2 of this CSC. The services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary). The types of intervention include the following: Occasional tree felling; Stump removal; Shrub pruning; Tree pruning; Pruning trees; Hedge trimming; Setting the planting template; Clearing; Localized blanking; Weeding and turfing; Mowing of medians, embankments and finishing; Mowing; Maintenance of and between plantations; Thistling; Tree coppicing and shrubs; Fight against invasive plants; Planting; Waste and product management; Works under management; A site visit can be organized before submission of offers through contact with the district.
