Maintenance of iron for Doors and windows with all needed In maintenance work for iron doors and windows, all damaged iron must be removed, and similar sections and drawings of iron must replace the previous ones, with replacement of locks, handles and hinges in case they are damaged, repainting and replacement of missing parts from glass or polycarbonate. • The paint for doors and windows as following: 1- Iron must be well rubbed to clean the surface and remove all dirt. 2- Apply a base paint layer, dark red color, only for iron doors without reducing it concertation with any other material. 3- At least two faces of oil paint must be applied, the color is according to the supervisor engineer. • The cost of each particle in doors must be as the following percentages: replacing damaged parts (iron plats or bars) 40% - locks or hinges 30% - paint with robbing, cleaning and base paint 30%. • The cost of each particle in windows must be as the following percentages: replacing damaged parts (iron plats or bars) 35% - glass clear or stained with removing the old one 25% - open/close mechanism or hinges (accessories) 15% - paint with robbing, cleaning and base paint 25%.
