This notice concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for orders with a minimum amount and maximum for routine maintenance of IMAGE displays (Generalized Multimodal Information in Spaces) located on the RATP Paris region network (Metro, RER, Tram and Bus), for a maximum duration of 5 (five) years distributed as such: 3 firm years + 2 optional years. Maintenance of IMAGE displays on the RATP network This is a framework order agreement with a minimum amount and maximum relating to the routine maintenance of IMAGE displays (Generalized Multimodal Information in Spaces) located on the RATP Ile-de-France network (Metro, RER, Tram and Bus) for a period of 60 months (3 firm years + 2 optional years). The services cover the following areas: IMAGE equipment from the manufacturer GDS whose fleet is approximately 2119 displays and IMAGE equipment from the manufacturer CONRAC (DATA MODUL) whose fleet is approximately 995 displays. The description of services are as follows: Corrective maintenance of the displays of IMAGE equipment from the manufacturer GDS, corrective and preventive maintenance of IMAGE equipment from the manufacturer CONRAC (DATA MODUL) on the rail network and for the tramway. In the part of the REI project ((Renewal of IMAGE Screens) the recovery of old screens and refurbishment for restocking of the maintenance batch.
