Tender Details

Maintenance of hydromechanical equipment in accordance with the entire procurement documentation. Access to procurement documentation is limited. Technical specifications are made available by electronic means of communication with unlimited, direct and free access, except for part of the documentation (blueprints) specified in the technical specifications, which will be stored and available to interested economic entities, and is located on the Client's server (Nextcloud) as a separate document. I can only download the documentation authorized representatives of interested economic entities. Before taking over the documentation, the authorized representatives of the business entity must submit to the Client a Request for taking over the documentation through the Public Prosecutor's Office with the following attachment: - Signed Statement on confidentiality of data by the responsible person of the interested economic entity, which is located below The signed Statement is submitted through the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia via "Request for site visit / access to parts of DON which were not made available on the EOJN" due to the protection of the identity of interested economic entities. After the delivery of the signed Statement, the Client will provide the business entity with a link containing the documents for download.
