Scope of Work/Description : CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Maintenance and replacement works of HVAC Systems at QatarEnergy Refinery Assets such as Substations, Satellite Equipment Rooms, Central Refinery Control Building, Administration Buildings, Workshops, Warehouses, Analyser Houses, Operator Rooms and each and every Refinery Asset cointaining any Central or Integral HVAC Unit of all types and sizes. HVAC types and sizes vary from Small, Medium and Large capacity Air-Conditioning equipment, categorized as Window type A/Cs, Split Type A/Cs, Package Type A/Cs, Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller, Air Cooled Reciprocating Chiller, Air Cooled Screw Type Chiller and Explosion Proof & Non-Explosion Proof Self-Contained AC, LAB Fume Hood, Nitrogen Plant Refrigeration System. CONTRACTOR shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, material, spare parts and each and every item of expense, necessary for the performance of services on call-off contract basis for the period of five (5) years.
