"Maintenance of housing estate green areas" The subject of the order is gardening and cleaning works to be carried out in publicly accessible housing estate green areas in 22 locations. Gardening works, including: mowing lawns and maintaining them representative level; planting medium and tall greenery and maintaining it; planting and dividing perennials and ornamental grasses and their care; shaping hedges, forming bush clusters, cutting out suckers and self-seeded; timely performance of seasonal works, i.e. autumn collection/raking and removal of leaves from green areas and squares, winter maintenance of traffic routes, spring care and aeration of lawn surfaces, installation seasonal and supplementing year-round floral plans along with their further care, summer maintenance of cleanliness and order, ongoing removal of windfalls and fallen branches from the areas covered by the agreement and spraying in the space publicly available. As part of the task, the contractor will clean the edges of alleys/sidewalks from growing grass and subject the alley surfaces to maintenance. As part of the task, the contractor will maintain cleanliness, including cleanliness of clearings, around ponds and he mowed lawns. The contractor will pay special attention to maintaining cleanliness and leveling the ground around benches, garbage cans and lamps, and will carry out cleaning work consisting of emptying trash bins...
