The purpose of this contract is to define preventive maintenance services and corrective, as part of a maintenance partnership established for the Heavy Automatic Transport (TAL) system in service at the Reims University Hospital Center, with the updating of the associated computer system and prior training of the staff of the Reims University Hospital Center for preventive and corrective maintenance. The market is not allocated. This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Code of public procurement, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework purchase order agreement is concluded with a single operator economic. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded without a minimum but with an annual maximum set at €200, 000 excluding tax. The contract is awarded for a period of 12 months from November 1, 2026 or the date of receipt of notification if this last is later.
