MAINTENANCE OF HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION INSTALLATIONS (P2 & P3) The Municipality of Carcassonne (11000) wishes to entrust the operation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, air and water treatment, production of domestic hot water for municipal buildings with: 1/ The so-called P2 operation for the operation, maintenance, upkeep and monitoring of all installations with obligation of results and profit-sharing on consumption for certain sites, 2/ The P3 type total guarantee for major maintenance and replacement of equipment in the event of a breakdown, for certain strategic sites (Theater, schools, Convention Center, etc.) in order to ensure the continuity of optimal service.
