Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of certain green spaces in the town of Saint-Maurice. It is concluded: at fixed prices, on the basis of the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF), for regular services; at unit prices, on the basis of the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), for one-off services. For one-off services, the contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount set at €15, 000 excluding tax, i.e. a maximum amount of €60, 000 excluding tax on the overall duration of the market. This contract is concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months from its date of notification, until its anniversary date. It is tacitly renewable three (3) times for successive periods of twelve (12) months, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years.
