Subject: The purpose of this contract is to ensure the maintenance of green spaces for the heritage of Nanterre Coop Habitat. Green spaces include all exterior parts of buildings that are not cemented or asphalted, whether gardens, Planted or sown areas, walkways. The maintenance of these areas consists of the care given to the plants, the cleaning of the affected areas including the runoff drainage manholes located in the green spaces and the refilling of the lawns if Necessary. The collection of green waste and its recovery (recycling, reuse, etc.) As well as, for non-recyclable waste (unwanted plants, etc.), their evacuation to approved channels or duly authorized treatment centers.
