Tender Details

This contract concerns maintenance services for green spaces in the ZAC du Petit Védelin located on Chemin du Carreau des Lanes (Northern sector of the City of Nîmes). These services cover a total area of ​​approximately 48, 000 m2 and include : maintenance of meadows, maintenance of shrub and perennial beds, clearing of paths and walks, manual, mechanical or alternative weeding, upkeep and maintenance of watering installations, pruning of plants, the maintenance of forest plants and the cleaning of all the aforementioned spaces. The contract is not allocated because it is not the subject of separate services. The contract is concluded for a total period of 36 months which begins on January 1, 2027. It includes an initial period of 12 months, renewable under the same conditions, twice, for a period of one year each time. The services will be paid for by applying a global, fixed price. Prices are subject to review annually from from January 1, 2027. As part of this consultation, the city of Nîmes acts as the contracting authority.
