Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of green areas in the commune - city of Grudziądz, on the premises of facility No. I. 2. The subject of the order will be carried out on the premises of facility No. I, covering the area along Wybickiego, Paderewskiego, Karabinierów, Polna streets, Piłsudskiego, Legionów, Al. Nad Trynka, Botanical Garden between ul. Bema and ul. Home Army, Kosynierów Gdyńskie, Mickiewicz. 3. The subject of the order will consist in particular in: mowing grass, taking care of small architecture elements, planting and caring for flowers, caring for trees, shrubs, roses, perennials, grasses, vines, bulbs, keeping the facility clean and tidy. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order and maps of the facilities constitute attachments to the Contract Template. 5.Detailed description conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contract award procedure is excluded, subject to Art. 110 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, Contractors in relation to whom any of the circumstances referred to in Art. 108(1) of the Public Procurement Law. 2.
