Invitation to Bid for MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES
1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF - MOOE 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OFFICE REPAIR MSWDO (PHASE II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the rehabilitation and repair of the following Government Offices:
a. Maintenance of Government Building and Facilities (Mayor-s Office) - Php 1, 500, 000.00
b. Maintenance of Government Buildings and Facilities (MLGOO) - Php 400, 000.00
c. Maintenance of Government Buildings and Facilities (HRMO) - Php 600, 000.00.
