This consultation is launched by the support establishment of the Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) Drôme Ardèche Vercors in accordance with the provisions of article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. It concerns the Hospital Group Gates of Provence. --- Form of the contract The contract is a mixed contract (ordinary and framework agreement with purchase orders): A fixed part (DPGF) which concerns preventive maintenance. A framework agreement part with a purchase order (BPU), for maintenance corrective and additional services, subject to the provisions of articles R2121-8, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
