Maintenance of generator sets on the various SDIS du Cher sites Procurement procedure: Adapted open procedure (Articles R2123-1 1° - Below the threshold of formalized procedures - Public procurement code). Type of contract: Framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum single awardee of services whose services may vary as follows: single lot minimum annual amount 10, 000.00 Euros excluding VAT - maximum annual amount 30, 000.00 Euros excluding VAT Initial duration of the contract in months: 12 months from the date indicated in the notification of the contract; namely, from January 1, 2027. The contract is tacitly renewable, under the conditions defined in the CCAP, 3 times, for a period of 12 months, i.e. a maximum duration of 48 months.
