Description of the service: The object of the contract is the maintenance of Fortinet equipment and services, specifically: - Firewalls (firewalls) for the application of BASE-Income Management for the internal security of the Information System against computer attacks internal and external.- Centralization of logs of all Fortinet products for a unified view of them and to be able to make a correlation of them.- Email analyzer for the non-intrusion of viruses and Spam through this channel.- File and web address analyzer for zero-day attacks and ransomware type. Maintenance is required in the event of a physical breakdown of the machine and its automated update (firmware, update of Application databases, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering and Antispam) completely unattended with the manufacturer (M2M = Machine to Machine = Machine to Machine). The products that include this maintenance are specified in the PPT.
