Request for proposals are invited for Maintenance of Fire Trucks

The Scope of Work of this project includes the provision of regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and routine/emergency repair services in RAS ALKHAIR for Royal Commission-owned and civil defence fire suppression vehicles and any firefighting apparatus or equipment mounted thereon. Contractor shall also furnish supplies, materials and spare parts necessary for completion of the required Work. Moreover, Contractor shall conduct “hands-on” and theoretical training of Royal Commission employees on maintenance and repair of firefighting apparatus and equipment.

1. Shall have past experience in the maintenance of firefighting equipment.
2. Possess a valid current Commercial Registration.
3. Possess a valid current Zakat Certificate.
4. Possess a valid current Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
5. Possess a valid General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Certificate.
6. Possess a valid Certificate of achievement of Saudization percentage from Ministry of Labor.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available for purchase at the Royal Commission Building, Jubail by submitting the following:

1.A declaration signed by a duly authorized representative of the Company/Establishment certifying that the Company/Establishment possesses the required official documents mentioned above including the official name of the company in Arabic and English, contact address: (Phone, Fax and E-mail) and authorizing the declaration bearer to pay documents value and collect the RFP documents.

2. A certified non-refundable check from a Saudi Arabian Bank in the amount of SR3000.00 drawn in favor of “Royal Commission in Jubail”.

Companies and Establishments interested in purchasing Bid Documents and meeting the minimum of the above-mentioned requirements may have access to Bid Documents at the offices of Supply Management Department in RC Building prior to purchasing.
