Tender Details

Consultation launched by a group of orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. The purpose of the contract is to ensure the MAINTENANCE OF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS AND SMOKE EXHAUST for members of the Côte d'Azur purchasing group (06), the list of which appears in appendix 1. This market is divided into 8 geographical lots. The candidate must make an offer for each of the establishments constituting a lot. In the event of no price for one or more establishments in a lot, its offer will be rejected for this lot. The holder is deemed to know the works and installations subject to this contract. He will take care of them in the state they are in at the time. taking effect of the market, without being able to invoke, at any time, their configurations to avoid the obligations of this market. As an indication, the services will be performed from January 1, 2027
