This Open Call for Tenders issued in accordance with articles L.21242, R.21242 1° and R.21612 to R.21615 of the Public Order Code, follows the declaration of no follow-up for reasons of general interest of the previous Open Call for Tenders published on 12 March 2026 in the OJEU under number 173517-2026. This contract concerns the preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of fire-fighting equipment in municipal buildings. The services are divided into 2 lots: lot n°1: Verification, maintenance, and repair of fire extinguishers and RIA and supply and installation of signage, lot n°2: Verification, maintenance, repair of S.S.I, Smoke extraction, Fire door and Emergency blocks. Each lot will be the subject of a contract awarded to a single economic operator. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The contract (lot) is concluded at mixed prices (lump sum and unit prices).
