The subject of this assignment concerns maintenance, energy exploitation, management and use of all technical installations of the Palace for Fine Arts, including performance that concerns small activities and repairs. The assignment is a result obligation and includesobjectives of various nature, such as: - technical objectives in the short and medium term (availability of the installations, hygrothermal comfort, rational energy consumption) - administrative objectives (reports, updating the plans, elaboration of the procedures, Management of the documentation) - Quality of the services (preventive maintenance, intervention times, following the planning). This includes the following activities: - systematically preventive, predictive and conditional maintenance - corrective maintenance - large preventive maintenance andRevisions of the installations - Depannages - energy management and operation of the technical installations and monitoring of their operation - Administrative follow -up and reports - Additional works The technical installations are subdivided into 4 parts that together form one plot: Part 1 - HVACEquipments Part 2 - Electricity (strong and weakness) Part 3 - Electromechanical equipment Part 4 - Lifts and goods lifts
