Tender Details
The contract is a maintenance contract for elevators, goods lifts, stair lifts, IGH nacelles, doors, gates and platform levelers at the Rungis International Market. This contract includes in terms of quantity for maintenance and upkeep 465 pieces of equipment: - 149 automatic doorsues, - 131 metal shutters, - 24 gates, - 10 pedestrian doors. - 29 platform levelers, - 39 sectional doors, - 32 freight elevators, - 44 elevators, - 6 stair lifts, - 1 IGH nacelle. The contract includes the following services: - Preventive/curative/corrective maintenance of the wholeof the technical equipment of the contract, - Management and monitoring of a repair account whose conditions will be defined in the specifications, - Immediate repair with a delay of 1/2 hour on call during office hours and on-call with a delay of 2 hours outside office hours and public holidayss, - Training and assistance, - Support for control offices and lifting of regulatory reservations. In order to meet the requirements of the contract, the selected service provider must ensure permanence on site, must adapt to the constraints of the Rungis International Market and therefore be presenton site Monday to Friday from 3 a.m. to 7 p.m. excluding public holidays. The contract holder will have an obligation of results, in order to guarantee the durability of the equipment and ensure the continuity of service of the installations with a permanent concern for functional and economic efficiency. A period ofn months of recovery must be carried out with the service provider currently in place. Alternatively, to meet market management requirements and where necessary, this contract includes a BPU.
