Subject: This contract concerns the execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance services for devices equipping the sites of the National School of Engineering of Caen (ENSICAEN). This contract guarantees a optimal level of service and maintaining the entrusted facilities in good condition, particularly on the following points: • Functional safety for users; • Maintaining the technical level; • Maintaining the general appearance (aesthetics). This framework agreement mainly concerns 2 types of need: • The first need is called PERMANENT and constitutes a basic service, it concerns all services relating to the maintenance of elevators (minimum and extended) as well as their remote alarms including including telephone subscriptions. • The second need is NON-PERMANENT and constitutes additional services upon request, it concerns the adaptation or replacement of parts not covered by the basic service (deterioration following an act of repair). major vandalism or disaster, replacement of parts beyond 30 years, request for upgrade by the project owner).
