object of the contract : consultation number: ao1907 maintenance, elevator repairs, compliance, remote monitoring / telealarm place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: main features : this framework agreement concerns the maintenance and repair of elevators, remote monitoring, remote alarm and standby, for sites equipped with the city of charenton-le-pont, as wellif their compliance. The contracting authority has decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: this choice is motivated by the fact that the object of the framework agreement does not allow the identification of separate services, that is to say that the benefits are not likely `by their nature and taking into account the object of the framework agreement, to be the subject of different lots`. In addition, the framework agreement is partly, at a fixed price and partly, prx units. For the repair and compliance part, the framework agreement is with purchase orders with maximum. The maximum threshold is 250, 000 euros excluding tax for the initial period, i.e. 24 months. This amount will be identical for the renewal period. The duration of 24 months entered in the section `duration of the contract or time limit for execution` corresponds to the initial period of the framework agreement. Allocation of a single framework agreement. Quantity or extent: framework agreement concluded for a period initrate of 24 months. Number of renewal periods fixed at 1, duration of each period of renewal of 24 months, and maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, of 48 months.
