MAINTENANCE OF THE ELEVATOR PARK OF THE MUNICIPALITY AND THE CCAS OF BOLBEC The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the all renewal periods. The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance of the elevator fleet in the buildings of the municipality of Bolbec and the CCAS. The services include all the operations necessary to maintain the good condition of operation, safety of installations and continuity of service, within the framework of an obligation of result. They break down as follows: - Preventive maintenance (flat rate part) It includes all maintenance operations current, verification, adjustment and replacement of wearing parts necessary to maintain the equipment in good working order, in accordance with regulatory provisions and manufacturers' requirements. - Corrective maintenance and curative (part at unit prices) It includes troubleshooting, repair and replacement of parts not included in the package, carried out at the request of the contracting authority and giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders. - Major maintenance and renewal services They concern one-off interventions aimed at replacing or modernizing all or part of the equipment, improving their operation or extending their life...
