The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This framework agreement aims to subject to the maintenance of the elevator fleet in the buildings of the municipality of Bolbec and the CCAS. The services include all the operations necessary to maintain good operating condition, the safety of the installations and the continuity of the service, within the framework of an obligation of result. They are broken down as follows: - Preventive maintenance (flat rate part) It includes all routine maintenance operations, checking, adjustment and replacement of wearing parts necessary to maintain the equipment in good working order, in accordance with regulatory provisions and manufacturers' requirements. - Corrective and curative maintenance (part at unit prices) It includes the interventions of troubleshooting, repair and replacement of parts not included in the package, carried out at the request of the contracting authority and giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders. - Major maintenance and renewal services These concern one-off interventions aimed at replacing or modernizing all or part of the equipment, improving their operation or extending their lifespan.
