Maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) installations at the following GHT Léman Mont-Blanc (74) establishments: CHAL and its annex sites, HDR, EPSM74 and its local centers. The contract holder is informed that the Hospital Center Alpes Léman, support establishment of the GHT Léman Mont Blanc, enters into the contract within the framework of its legal competence (article L.613225°a) of the Public Health Code) for the benefit of all beneficiary establishments that are members of the GHT. As such, the supporting establishment conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on its behalf and/or that of the beneficiary party establishments. The beneficiary establishments are, for their part, responsible for the execution of the contract with the exception of execution of possible amendments. Form of contract: mixed framework agreement with maximum executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders.
