In the cells in question, the one-time price for stair cleaning has been incorrectly calculated based on the number of hours of maintenance cleaning. In accordance with the correct calculation method, the formula should be used the number of hours of stair cleaning in the same row from column I, not the number of hours of maintenance cleaning from column E. For the objects in question, the number of hours of substitute stair cleaning is 0 in column I, so there should be no stair cleaning for them at all costs. A formula error affects the formation of the reference price of offers, which is why the error has an effect on the mutual comparison of bidders. The corrected price appendix must be used when preparing the offer. Appendix 3 Prices section 2_corrected 25/06/2026. As a result of the change, the tender period will be extended so that the new tender submission deadline is 13 July 2026 Offers submitted before the publication of this correction notice are no longer valid and will not be taken into account in the offer comparison.
