26TSP34 26TSP36 CIVIS is part of a sustainable development approach, this consultation proposes the operational modalities of development work respecting the existing environment. The services must therefore be carried out with due regard for preservation of the environment, and evolution towards alternative implementation and maintenance techniques. The attention of the entrepreneur is drawn to this environmental quality approach. The contractor will ensure compliance with the principles defined in the CCTP common to the lots and relating in particular to: ? Preparing plants in the nursery for drought conditions before planting; automatic watering is planned for planting and the low flow period of the first year of planting for new development tower; ? The choice of plants adapted to soil and climatic conditions and exposure to sea spray; ? Respect for an ecological planting and management approach: alternative planting and management techniques, no use of inputs during planting, natural organic soil amendments, protection by mulch. This framework agreement will: - the maintenance of plants, particularly on TCSP developments, ZAE of CIVIS competence and other sites of the CIVIS; -Small to medium-scale planting or landscaping work.
