Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last three years is NILL (0)2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services3. Must have at least 2 (Two) contracts for maintenance and service of continuous air monitoring systems in a public sector in last 3 years with a value of at least Tk. 90, 00, 000/- (Tk. Ninety Lac Only) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of Tk. 1, 20, 00, 000/- (Tk. One Core Twenty Lac Only), shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.6.The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:a) Updated trade licenseb) Vat registration certificatec) Manufacturer-s authorization certificate for major items.d) Updated ISO 14001:2015e) Updated ISO 27001f) Must have to integrate with existing Carbon Emissions Real Time Monitoring System.g) All relevant brochures and catalogs.
